This year’s conference is primarily targeted at solicitors who are engaged in contentious probate work or those looking to expand into this area. However, it will also offer valuable insights for non-contentious practitioners, will writing firms, and professional executors.
The half-day event will feature presentations from barristers specialising in Wills and Trusts, with a focus on the rights of married and unmarried couples in life and in death. We will also be joined by an expert in predatory marriage, Daphne Franks.
