The National Will Register, formerly Certainty The National Will Register, is the UK’s Will Registration and Certainty Will Search service and exists to ensure missing or unknown Wills are a thing of the past to support the correct administration of an estate. Wills are registered from law firms and professional Will writers online Will writers and storage facilities, registering both their Will banks and newly written Wills as part of their process. Since The National Will Register was established in 2006, over 10 million Wills are now in the system.

The Register Will Search quickly checks to see if a Will has been registered. With results provided in 2-5 working days, a Certainty Will Search report is provided for you to keep on file, demonstrating you have conducted a search of The National Will Register.
