The PDF Conference is a popular and well attended event for those working in the Court of Protection sector.
The conference will focus on a wide range of P topics. The session topics include:

She will explore things to look out for as Deputies who are working with family’s in supporting their vulnerable clients and offer a different perspective on how to approach this.

- Caroline Bielanska – Considerations around loans, gifting and Statutory Wills, including case studies, case law and practice tips.
- Bernadette Hurley – The Double-Edged Sword of Financial Deputyships – Hear directly from the mother of a young woman who suffered a brain injury at birth, and how that injury has affected the wider family and how to have a healthy relationship with a Deputy.
