When activating your account, you will be provided with a username and be able to assign a password.

If these are not working, ensure that you are correctly entering these in the correct case and with no spaces or special characters.

If you are still having problems you can reset your password.

If none of the above works, please email [email protected] and we will resolve any problems.

Email [email protected] with the name, email and job title of the user you would like added and we can set it up for you.

Email [email protected] with the name and email of the user you would like removed.

Bereavement Matters:

  • a copy of the Death Certificate OR Interim Coroners Certificate;

AND

  • a form of authority appointing you as the executor or to act on their behalf including either Grant of Representation OR the Will OR a signed engagement letter

Mental Capacity Matters:

  • a certified copy of the Deputy Order OR Lasting Power of Attorney OR equivalent;

AND  where you are acting on behalf of the appointed deputy/attorney

  • a signed form of authority (such as an engagement letter) appointing you as professional advisor.

We invoice the account at the end of the each month and have 30 working day payment terms. However, we operate flexibly because we understand that money is not always immediately available from the estate.

Invoices are payable by BACS, Cheques or Direct Debit.

There are no registration or subscription costs. You only pay for the searches you need when you need them. The prices stated on our Services page are what you pay.

We offer a Financial Profile Standard (£165 + VAT) and Financial Profile Premium (£195 + VAT).

We offer a Financial Profile Standard Service and a Financial Profile Premium Service.

Both include a comprehensive asset and liability search, the Premium version include an AML on the person, an OPG100 search to identify previous LPAs/EPAs, a Companies House search for previous Directorships indicative of shares or private pensions and a search of the Experian Unclaimed Asset Register (UAR).

An asset search can be formed by an executor or administrator in relation to a deceased or by a deputy or attorney who is managing the affairs of a vulnerable person.

Searches can also be formed by a professional acting on behalf of any of the above.

Unfortunately, we are constrained by restrictions in our contracts with data suppliers meaning that we can only provide our Asset & Liability searches to legal professionals.

Yes, our financial asset search searches for open accounts as well as possible lost or dormant accounts.

As part of our search we check Experian Credit Data which pulls information from over 600 organisations. We also perform a search involving over 100 search requests to search 400+ brands and companies, including banks and building society's.

The aim of the search is to help identify institutions who provide accounts to the subject. The search may simply confirm who the account providers are and provide additional information on values.
