Managing the Risks

The Wills and Probate Conference 2024 is part of a series of educational events organised by Helen Forster of HTF Legal, to provide live and on-demand legal training for private client practitioners and will writers. The session is designed to provide practical guidance on tackling a range of challenging issues include topics such as: risks in will drafting, probate administration, anti-money laundering, financial abuse and the updates to the trust registration service and its impact on will drafting.
